I absolutely love this. In the process of losing weight, it’s easy to lose sight of the bigger picture and it’s even harder when those around you throw in constant commentary. It’s time that we re-prioritize the things that matter.

You’re working toward a better you and that doesn’t happen overnight. Celebrate the small changes you’ve made that have contributed to your new, healthier lifestyle. Every change counts- big or small. You’re going to feel discouraged sometimes. Shake it off. Progress is something you have to be patient with. You’re working hard- it will pay off and it already has (because you made the decision to change yourself, and that is a very difficult decision to make)!

Ezekiel toast with 1 TB almond butter and a dash of cinnamon: 165 cals
2 eggs scrambled with spinach: 150 cals
1/2 grapefruit: roughly 50 cals
Total: 365 cals
TIP: Squeeze the juice that’s left on the grapefruit into your water for a little extra flavor!
