Started extremely clean eating and intense exercise in the beginning of May 2012 (I weighed around 175 at that point), but didn’t start keeping track of my progress until June.

Goal Weight: Healthy!
NOTE: I haven’t stopped my journey, but I have stopped recording my weight on here regularly. During the process, I’ve learned that how I feel is much more important than the number on a scale. I’m still losing, but the scale is a much less reliable measure than the size and fit of my clothes (dress size 4/6 now, was a 14/16!!). I’m trying to make this process a positive experience by relieving myself of some of the pressure. :)
